Delivery Information


FREE delivery is available to any UK mainland address plus the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland on selected items.

Laskys aims to deliver your product right first time, every time.

Large Items

Large products such as TVs over 32" and big kitchen appliances are delivered by our dedicated delivery teams. We deliver seven days a week in most areas and you can even choose an available delivery slot to fit around your day. Then we'll carry the item to any room you want, unpack it and take away all the packaging for recycling. Due to health and safety reasons, however, we are unable to deliver large items to a basement or cellar. You will receive a call to tell you your product is on its way.

Some products are delivered directly from the manufacturer and some are delivered from our distribution centre. Those that are delivered from our distribution centre tend to be delivered quicker. If you can enter your postcode into the product page to check for a delivery day then this product will be delivered from our distribution centre and the dates shown will be the exact date you can receive your product.

 

If, however, there is a timeframe for delivery e.g. Delivered normally within 7 - 14 days and you are unable to enter your postcode, then this product is delivered directly from the manufacturer and we cannot specify a date at the point of order. We will contact you shortly after placing the order to confirm a delivery date with you.

Please ensure you have your old appliance disconnected from the water/mains/gas supply and ready for removal and connection.

Small Items

This includes items such as small kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners, TVs that are 32" or under", hi-fi systems and many other small items.

Deliveries are made five days a week by Parcelforce with the choice of a Premium (2 to 3 days) or Standard (up to 6 working days) delivery.

Delivery Checklist

To help ensure that your product is delivered successfully please check the following information and advice:

  • Please provide us with the phone number where you will be contactable on the delivery day. A mobile phone number plus an alternative number is best.
  • Check the dimensions of the product you plan to purchase to ensure that it fits in the space/unit where you plan to put it.
  • Make sure you advise us in advance of anything that may affect your delivery such as restricted parking, difficult access, stairs etc.
  • That there is clear access for the delivery vehicle.
  • That there is a clear access and a route through your home to where you want the product placed. Try walking the path that the delivery team will take when delivering your product.
  • That you check your new product is the correct model and colour.
  • That you check your new product for any damage & that all accessories are included where possible before the delivery team leave. You do however have 7 days to notify us if this is not possible at the time.
  • Any discrepancies should be noted on the delivery paperwork.
  • Please ensure that you read the manufacturers installation and instruction book before you use your new product.
